Our heritage in the wood door industry
spans 150 years. This represents more experience in the production of
flush wood doors than any other manufacturer in existence today. This
experience has led us to the technology that ensures our standing as an
innovative leader in the industry. Our combination of experience and
technology assures a product that can be specified with confidence and
furnished equitably, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Our automated core assembly, sanding
and hot press line assures complete 5-ply, hot
press, bonded core specification compliance. This advanced
technology equipment not only speeds production, but also enhances the quality
and reduces the chances of error.
When factory finishing is specified,
the doors are finished on a fully-automatic ultra-violet cure finishing
line. Each door receives stain (if applicable), two sealer coats, final
precision sanding, and two top coats with UV curing between each step of the
process. This new system provides WDMA TR6
level finish quality at a competitive price with minimal effect
on the lead-time.
